As the school term drew to an end and we found ourselves on the cusp of the school holidays, the excitement began brewing in our house as Sunshine and I packed our overnight bag for a fun staycation with her cousin at the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific hotel, our very first Manly accommodation with kids experience.
Little did Sunshine know that her weekend was about to get seriously wicked with the Novotel partnering with Sony to celebrate the release of Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation and theming the kid’s room accordingly (this is available at Novotel hotels across Australia from 1 July to 30 September.
From the moment we arrived at the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific hotel until the time we left, the kids were in their own monster heaven with the Novotel team pouring on a whole lot of Transylvanian treats to keep the kids super comfy and reluctant to actually leave the room – they loved it so much!
Not only were the beds decked out in Hotel Transylvania decor but the bathroom had themed towels, the balcony themed blankets to keep the kids warm, and the pièce de résistance, Frankenfeet-novelty slippers and super soft, Hotel Transylvania bathrobes. There were game boards, a dedicated kids movie channel, fun movie packs and outdoor game packs. Finally, a hotel that has really put thought into what kids would love to see in their accommodation option. It made staying in Manly with kids a real treat.
We headed to the restaurant the next morning where Sunshine was delighted to find a pancake machine (I was more interested in all the French pastries…..and the bacon!).
Right now, the Novotel has a special Family and Novotel offer which provides free accommodation and breakfast for 2 children under 16 when using existing bedding and a 50% discount off the second room if you would prefer the interconnected room option.
Of course, there is a lot of excitement in the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific hotel these school holidays with the team offering a number of activities and facilities that are targeted towards children. Woohoo! These include:

We had an absolute blast staying at the Novotel Sydney Manly Pacific hotel. The only issue….Sunshine thinks we should move in permanently!
Parking is available in an underground car park for an additional fee. Regular speed WIFI is complimentary which worked well for our needs. There is an option to upgrade for a fee if you need to stream or download.
