Why should kids get all the fun? If you’re like me, a good date night might just involve a little Daytona racing, some retro pin ball and maybe even some ice-hockey, all without needing to navigate balancing the games I want to play with the games the kids want to play.  

We’ve found a handful of ‘adult’ arcade spaces where you can relive your childhood… without the children!

1989 Arcade Bar

Located in Newtown, Sydney, the 1989 Arcade Bar is spread across two floors and a haven for arcade and pinball enthusiasts, boasting a meticulously curated collection of classic games from the 70s, 80s, and 90s that have been lovingly restored and impeccably maintained.
