As a child of the 80s and 90s, Choose Your Own Adventure books were hugely popular and something I watched my brother save up for and then hoard on his bookshelf. The idea of having almost total control over the adventure within the text was incredibly appealing so I was excited to see the recent release of a choose your own adventure with Lonely Planet Kids styled book hit the shelves.

Around the World in 50 Ways
Around the World in 50 Ways takes the legacy of the Choose Your Own Adventure series and applies it to travel. Along the way they learn incredible facts about each city or place they visit, but they must be careful: not every path will take them exactly where they set off to go.
