A flick through the website of Feast has my mouth watering. They pride themselves of having a kitchen of almost twenty different nationalities, providing seafood that savours a world of flavours. From fresh to perfectly grilled, you’ll be sure to enjoy one of the best seafood buffets in town.

Sailmaker, Hyatt Regency

This restaurant prides itself on providing a local dining experience that brings to life the rich heritage of the Darling Harbour. Chefs of Sailmaker work closely with local fisherman and farmers to provide a seafood buffet that is full of fresh seafood like oysters and fish. A peek at the sample seafood buffet has me wishing I were dining here right now. It offers prawns, Sydney rock oysters, coffin bay pacific oysters, blue swimmer crabs, Moreton Bay bugs and smoked salmon just to name a few of the delicious things on the menu. They also have seafood salad, an antipasto board, a hot selection of seafood and some scrumptious desserts in case you aren’t already full. Not to mention the gorgeous views of Botany Bay.

Kobe Wagyu BBQ Restaurant

If you are chasing a seafood buffet that is not your typical spread, Kobe Wagyu might be more of what you are looking for.
